Falasarna Beach House, a little corner of paradise on Crete. This is a lovely little residence, recently renovated to high standards, located in front of the southern part of the beautiful beach of Falasarna on western Crete.

The house includes 2 en-suite bedrooms, an open living room with kitchen (and double sofa bed), a pergola-covered terrace with lounge and dining table, and a patio with sunbeds and umbrellas.

The property is located just across the road from the undisturbed beach of the southern part of Falasarna. There is no / little traffic in the immediate area, and the crystal clear sea is just 130 meters from the house. South of the residence is approx. 800 meters of sandy beach without amenities. This road running parallel to the beach leads to an idyllic little fishing boat harbor with a taverna, just 1.5 km from the house.

Just 350 meters from the house, the serviced part of the beach offering sun beds and parasols stretches north by 2.5 km, and has a good selection of cafés and tavernas.

Falasarna is part of Crete’s wild and beautiful west coast, world famous for it’s sunsets. The beach is considered one of Greece’s 10 best and is of course a “Blue Flag Beach” (an award awarded to beaches and marinas that meet high water quality, service and environmental information criteria). The area mainly has small hotels and rooms for rent, a handful of rental villas, some agriculture, and is otherwise a nature area.

Countless hiking and biking opportunities, water sports, paragliding, and fantastic snorkeling are some of the activities you can enjoy in the area.

NB! The back of the house adjoins (divided by a wall) a storage room for one of the beach cafés of the area. This however, does not in any way affect the privacy of the house. The storage room is only used at the beginning and end of the season. One of the neighboring properties has an enclosed area used for goats.
