Rental conditions

You can generally reserve a villa without obligation for a few days.

When you confirm your booking you will receive a contract with payment information.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and must be received within 5 working days. The balance must be paid latest 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book later than 8 weeks prior to arrival date, the entire rental amount must be paid within 5 working days. All amounts are to be paid by bank transfer in Euro.

Number of guests cannot exceed the number of beds available for each villa. In most villas however an extra bed for a child can be provided. In some villas this is free, in some villas there will be a supplement per night. Cots are provided free of charge in all villas.

Most villas are not available to groups of friends under 25 years. Please ask me for further information.
