Welcome to Nemia, a newly built villa completed in 2024 of contemporary design and spacious living. With 312 square meters of sophisticated indoor living space on a 2,000 square meters private property, the villa provides a sanctuary of luxury and serenity in the heart of Aroni, Chania. Featuring seven bedrooms, five with private en-suite bathrooms, and two additional bathrooms, every detail has been crafted for comfort and elegance. The wonderful pool with kiddie-pool, the spacious terraces, and the beautifully landscaped outdoor areas, are perfect for families or groups of friends.

Located on the Akrotiri peninsula of Chania in the quiet area of Aroni / Pithari, the villa provides a peaceful setting while being conveniently close to the vibrant town of Chania. Multiple beaches with crystal-clear water are also just a short drive away.

Ground Floor:
Enter the ground floor to find a large, airy living room with a sofa and two armchairs, the dining area, with seating for ten, and a second lounging area with a comfortable sofa and a 65-inch smart TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen, designed for both functionality and style, offers direct access to the outdoor pool area. The ground floor also hosts three bedrooms; one with a king-size bed, and two with queen-size beds, all equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning.

First Floor:
The first floor includes four additional bedrooms: one featuring a king-size bed and the others with queen-size beds. This level also includes a kitchenette with adjacent washer and dryer nook, a dedicated workspace, and a living area with a sofa, two armchairs, and a 50-inch smart TV. Leading from the living area, a spacious balcony with comfortable seating for ultimate relaxation offers stunning views of Souda Bay, The White Mountains, and the villa’s grounds and swimming pool.

Our Coco Mat Signature Beds mattresses and pillows are sourced from Coco Mat, renowned for their exceptional quality. Expertly crafted with natural materials and emphasis on detail, they provide ultimate comfort for a restful sleep.

Outdoors:
The outdoor area with fabulous views is perfect for leisure and entertainment. The beautiful 55-square-meter infinity pool includes a kiddie-pool, and the pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, and a shower. A shaded dining table area accommodates 14 guests, and the outdoor kitchen features a gas BBQ, a sink, and a fridge.
The pool can be heated at a supplement of € 80 per day.
