Villa of 5 double en-suite bedrooms, living room with open kitchen, guest W.C., spacious terrace, private pool, garden, and private parking. The villa sleeps 10 in beds, and 2 on sofa-bed in the side-living room. The first floor bedrooms are situated on two sides of the villa, 2 on each side, and are accessed by a staircase on each side of the first floor ensuring privacy for each part.
Located in the tiny, old village of Kavousi belonging to the Falasarna area, the property is well-protected from the traffic of the many visitors this area attracts.
Very well equipped and built to high standards, this villa is truly unique and the first in its area. The area of Falasarna is one of the most beautiful in western Crete, and the 3+ km long, clean, sandy, shallow beach of Falasarna is world famous.
The bedrooms are spacious; four of five on the second floor have balconies towards the sea. Emphasis has been given to the beds and linen, the attractive interiors in general, and the large outdoor area comprising the pool, terrace, and pergola-covered lounge. Enjoy the amazing sunsets every day, in this comfortable residence which has been built to offer you all comforts possible.

A Beautiful villa in A Beautiful area . Villa Elpida suited us like a glove. The pool, the pergola, the outdoor seating area, and the huge table we used for breakfast. Inside the house: a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area for cooler hours. And the peak for us was the five bedrooms with the attached toilet / shower. George (the landlord) was in contact with us throughout the time we stayed at the villa, recommendations about restaurants in the area, information about the beaches and sailing options. So thanks. And thanks to Alexandra that before we arrived had already shared with us recommendations about the various possibilities in the area, and during our stay was in touch with us, for all the information we asked for.

We stayed at Elpida in June. We can’t say enough about our experience with the host, Alexandra and the house exceeded our expectations! The views and the location were amazing! The house was modern, clean, and perfect for a larger group. We will definitely be staying at Elpida again on our next visit to Crete!
