The villa sleeps 10 in beds, and 2 on sofa-bed in the side-living room. The first floor bedrooms are situated on two sides of the villa, 2 on each side, and are accessed by a staircase on each side of the first floor ensuring privacy for each part.

Located in the tiny, old village of Kavousi belonging to the Falasarna area, the property is well-protected from the traffic of the many visitors this area attracts.

Very well equipped and built to high standards, this villa is truly unique and the first in its area. The area of Falasarna is one of the most beautiful in western Crete, and the 3+ km long, clean, sandy, shallow beach of Falasarna is world famous.

The bedrooms are spacious; four of five on the second floor have balconies towards the sea. Emphasis has been given to the beds and linen, the attractive interiors in general, and the large outdoor area comprising the pool, terrace, and pergola-covered lounge. We offer our guests (with a valid driving license for at least a year) a manual small car (group A) as an additional amenity. This service is complimentary for the entire duration of the stay at the villa. If you would like to upgrade to a higher car category, you can do so by paying an additional fee. Simple car insurance is included (you can upgrade to full insurance at an extra cost).
