As you step into the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious open area seamlessly integrating a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a comfortable living room. Enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels, or cozy up by the fireplace. A thoughtfully designed double bedroom and a well-appointed bathroom complete this level, providing both convenience and elegance.

The first floor boasts two more double bedrooms, each featuring its own ensuite bathroom.

Stepping outside, the villa’s outdoor area is a haven of relaxation and entertainment. Take a refreshing dip in the inviting pool, where a kiddie pool ensures that every member of the family can join in the fun. Sunbeds invite you to soak up the Cretan sun, while a lounge area with a fireplace provides a cozy spot for the evenings. A dining table and BBQ set the scene for delightful al fresco meals, creating memorable moments with family and friends.

For added convenience, the pool can be heated free of charge during specific periods. The villa also features private parking for two cars and an electric car charger.

Mare is one of a trio of villas on the estate, including sister properties Cielo  (sleeps 6) and Vista (sleeps 2). The last 600 meters to the villa is an unpaved road. For the best access, we recommend a SUV car.
