Description
This spacious lovely villa is situated between and within, walking distance to the seaside resort of Almyrida, and Plaka, the lovely traditional village above. There are panoramic views to the sea and Souda Bay, and beautiful views to the White Mountains, and the lovely surrounding landscape. A large private plot of approx. 1500 sqm. with a mature garden of flowers and trees and a huge lawn complements the pool, outdoor kitchen, and numerous terraces to be enjoyed on long summer days and evenings. The property is part of the small, gated exclusive development of Almyrida Views, one of the best in the area.
Built to high standards, beautifully furnished and decorated, the villa offers comfort and relaxation in all rooms and outdoor areas.
The main floor includes an airy living room with sliding doors and access to the outdoor lounge and dining area, and outdoor kitchen with BBQ, fridge and sink. Further on the main floor, the living room has a large corner-sofa, a fireplace, a dining area with table for 8-10, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and the staircase to the upper and lower floors. The lower floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, and access to terraces and the garden/pool. The upper floor has a bedroom with access to a huge terrace.
Zoe is located next door to Elida. Combined, these 2 unique properties sleep 18-20 guests.

We had a week in Crete with 2 families. Sadly we didn't see much sunshine but Villa Zoe was so lovely we had a fantastic time. It was extremely well equipped with everything needed in every room. The pool area was superb and as we went late in the year we paid extra to heat the stunning swimimg pool. This was a good call and we enjoyed plenty of time in it. We had a car which made it easy to go for supplies, restaurants and trips out. We highly recommend this villa and thank Alexandra for her hospitality, especially the galaktoboureko (custard Tart).

We had a fantastic week at Villa Zoe, the location is great and the views are absolutely stunning. As a group of friends with small children, there was lots of space and the pool area was great for all of us. Alexandra was on hand to answer any questions and was very responsive. We would 100% recommend staying here!

We stayed at Villa Zoe in the Summer of 2021 for 10 days as a group of 10, two families of 5. The villa is huge and plenty big enough for us all to spread out, useful when you have tweens and teens. The quality of the fixtures and fittings is incredible and the whole place was spotless when we arrived and after our mid stay clean. What however really sets Villa Zoe apart from other beautiful villas we have stayed at is the view. It is better then the photos and the sunsets every night were to die for. The outside bar got a lot of use and whils we ate at the villa a lot of evenings, doing a bbq, we could also walk into the village for restaurant meals too. It truly was a spectacular location and I would highly recommend it.

Family holiday to celebrate 2 big birthdays. Wonderful villa with views to match. Fully lived up to expectations with Alexandra and Vera always on hand. Close to centre of Plaka with many taverns to enjoy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a holiday there.

My family (seven adults and three children) spent a week in Villa Zoe in late October and celebrated my mother's birthday. The villa was perfect, the views amazing and the friendliness and hospitality even better than expected. Before our arrival Alexandra was always there, just a message away, ready to answer all our questions. She helped us with arranging taxi from the airport, a lovely lunch when we arrived and as an extra service she fixed massage in the house for my partens and a culinary evening with a chef that came to the house and prepared dinner for us. Can highly recommend these extra services and Villa Zoe to those who would like to have something extra for their holiday! Hope we can come back soon.

This year was our fourth year visiting Crete and our 4th year of going via Alexandra to help us find the right house for a large group of adults and children. We have rented two really lovely properties through Alexandra, Villa Zoe in Plaka and Villa Daphne in Loutraki, and both offered a very high level of comfort and service. Nothing less than perfect! I must admit, I am a frequent user of Airbnb premises, and rarely bother write a response, BUT, this Villa must get what it deserves! as it is by far over and above any other … This is the best place i have ever seen, or ever stayed in. The owner, and the host have gone far out of their way to make us feel at home, down to the last detail. The place actually looks better that the pictures (sounds hard to believe, but it is really better than the pics). the villa is fully equipped, missing absolutely nothing! the entire compound is extremely pampering, quiet, and worth every penny. we will definitely be back there! soon!!

La villa est exactement comme décrite. La piscine est super. Alexandra nous a chaleureusement accueilli, nous a fait savoir qu’elle est a notre disposition 24/7 et nous a donne quel que conseils utiles. Elle a même offre de nous emmener en excursion. L’equipe de nettoyage qui est arriver deux fois pendant la semaine (une pour nettoyer et une pour changer les draps.) est très calme, efficace et serviable. En tout et pour tout, nous somme très satisfait et planifions d’y retourner a la prochaine occasion.

This is easily the nicest villa I’ve ever stayed in and Alexandra helped to make our overall experience brilliant throughout. The photos and descriptions in Airbnb are very accurate. The villa is particularly well-equipped for cooking both inside and out, and in addition to the amazing pool area, there are plenty of other outside spaces and terraces in the grounds. Alexandra was extremely helpful and communicative leading up to the stay, and even arranged airport taxis and a welcome pack for our late arrival. When the cleaners came mid-week, they were very quiet and efficient – completely unobtrusive. I only have positive things to say about my experience throughout at this villa and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or return myself!
