The ground floor includes a spacious open area with kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and a projector, a PlayStation Console, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. There is an elevator leading from this floor to the lower floor.

Four bedrooms are situated on the first floor, three with single beds which can be converted into doubles, and one with a king-size bed.

On the lower floor there is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom for people with disabilities, and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (for 4 persons). On the same level, is the gym and Hammam.

The private outdoor area includes a garden with lawn, the pool, kiddie pool, and sun beds, the lounge area, and the outdoor dining area with BBQ. The pool can be heated upon request and at a supplement (by heat pump, max 26 degrees).
